Common Questions

Asked all the time. Answered here.

How much does it cost to hire a Personal Injury lawyer?

Nothing up front. We work on contingency — you pay no fee unless we win, and your first consultation is always free and confidential.

How long do I have to file a claim in Nevada?

Most Nevada personal injury claims must be filed within two years of the injury (NRS 11.190). Evidence and footage can disappear within days, so the sooner you call, the stronger your case.

What is my Personal Injury case worth?

Will I have to go to court?

Most cases settle without a trial. If the insurance company will not pay fairly, our trial team is ready to take your case to a Nevada jury.

49 year-old woman in critical condition after crash near Warm Springs

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reported that a 49-year-old woman was left in critical condition after a crash in the central area of the valley on Sunday morning. At 11:31 a.m. at Warm Springs and Shadow Crest Street, a 30-year-old man driving a Silverado ran a red light while travelling in the middle of three lanes west on Warm Springs Road. At the same time, the woman was driving an Elantra north of Shadow Crest at east Warm Springs Road in a single lane. The Silverado and the woman’s car collided when the man drove through the red light. ”The front of the Chevrolet impacted the right side of the Hyundai in the intersection,” police said. After the crash, the driver attempted to leave the scene in the Chevrolet but crashed into a palm tree just north of the intersection. Witnesses followed the driver until police arrived and placed him into custody. He was showing signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run-related charges. The woman was rushed to UMC Trauma Unit with critical injuries.
