01What inspired you to start your own firm?

After clerking for the Nevada Supreme Court and seeing the impact of the legal system firsthand, I sought to build a practice that not only wins significant settlements but also contributes to a safer society through advocacy and public service.

02What is your personal approach to handling cases?

I have a core belief that "everyone has a different story." My approach begins with listening intently to understand the unique impact an injury has had on a client's life, ensuring that the story is what drives the legal strategy.

03What should I expect during my first meeting with your firm?

During your free consultation with our law firm, you should expect a comprehensive and supportive environment designed to evaluate your case and put your mind at ease.

04How do you stay current with changes in the law?

I don't just follow legal changes; I help teach them. I am the Patron of the Nevada Justice Association Series on Continuing Legal Education, which was named in my honor to provide ongoing training for attorneys across the state. Working as a lobbyist for victims' rights allows me to stay at the forefront of legislative changes before they even become law.

05What do you enjoy doing when you're not practicing law?

I spend a lot of my time giving back to the community that has given so much to me. Whether it's through my work with the Nevada Justice Association or local public service initiatives, staying involved with the residents of Nevada is very important to me. I also cherish the time I get to spend with my family and friends.
